A blended family is a family consisting of a couple, the children they have had together and their children from previous relationships. As one can well imagine, the husband and wife come into this new arrangement not only with children but with emotional scars and hurts from their previous experiences. What the couple does not understand is that the children they bring along also come with hurts, emotional scars and apprehension related to their previous traumas.
